No. When you book your Disney or Universal vacation with us, there is no fee to work with us. We are compensated by The Walt Disney Travel Company or Universal Parks & Resorts when we book your vacation.

No, we work in conjunction with Disney & Universal, not in competition with them. All of our agents are trained through Disney’s College of Knowledge program and are Universal Resort Specialists. We work along side The Walt Disney Travel Co. and Universal Parks and Resorts to help you plan a magical vacation!

This is one of the best parts of booking through us! The Mouse Detectives will monitor your travel dates for any new promos that come out. If a better deal comes out for your travel dates, room type or resort, we will automatically apply it to your existing reservation! If there is no availability for your dates and room type, or your resort is excluded, we will work with you to find an alternate option!

More than likely! If you’ve booked your vacation within the last thirty days, and have not yet paid in full, we can tell you how to transfer your reservation over to us. If it’s past thirty days or you’ve already paid in full, and we cannot transfer the booking, we charge a nominal fee to help you plan your vacation. (NOTE: This offer only applies only to reservations booked directly with Disney or Universal. Out of professional courtesy, we will not transfer a reservation from another travel agency.)

If you’re booking far enough in advance, usually not. For most Disney, Universal, and Cruise vacations a deposit will hold your room/package for an extended period of time.

For example, both Walt Disney World and Disneyland vacation packages require a nominal deposit of $200 while Universal Orlando requires a nominal deposit of $50 per person.

While we collect your payment information, your package payments go directly to Disney, Universal, or whatever Vendor your vacation is booked with – never to us.

We use secure vendor payment portals and keep card information stored securely through an encrypted client portal system.

Absolutely! All of our vacations are booked directly through Disney and Universal — or other verified vendors.

Because you’ve booked your trip through us, Disney, Universal, and other Vendors require us to change and/or cancel the reservation on your behalf.
